• not another blog!

  Okay yes it is another blog but a good one that is not xanga related.  I read this site often and it helps me in understanding which companies offer great customer service, and which ones drop the ball.  It keeps me informed on ways to reduce or stay out of debt and how to get through the phone tree of some companies so I reach the top and have my voice heard.  It is The Consumerist and I recommend you check it out.  This site will help you become a more informed shopper and give you a place to talk about good or bad customer service you have experienced so that others can be made aware.  This is a great site and that is why it is my site for the day.  Read through it and let me know what you think.  What do you like or not like about this blog?
